Bush is defending his domestic spying by saying that it isn't domestic spying if it's an international call. You know, like it depends on what the meaning of the word "IS" is.



Knowing that I would never get a chance to get through to Dubya if I called the White House number, I may begin making international calls to random Middle Easterners just so I know he'll be listening when I rant about how much of a criminal he is.

Of course, one thing Clinton did by debating semantics was to create the perception that oral sex is not really sex. I guess now Bush will make it okay for us to spy on each other. Shoe phones for everone!!!
