Sad News From Mahackemeck

My mother called me this morning to tell me that my grandmother died. She had been suffering for the last few days. Despite many ups and downs over the past year, she became too sick this week, passed away last evening.

My father's mom was a wonderful woman with an incredible work ethic, which she passed to my father. Although she did not have a very much money, and became very frail in recent months, she always remained rich in spirit and strong in character.
